Return & Refund Policy for Vintage Chikankari

 

Our 3-Day Return Guarantee - 

We have a strict 3-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 3 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. The product tag must not be broken or removed. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How to Start a Return

  2. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  4. Returns must be shipped to the following address: Vintage Chikankari 3rd floor, Asghar Market, Gali Parcha Chowk Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226003

 

Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away at +91 7355796621 or vintagechikankari@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

 

For hygiene, customization, and final clearance reasons, certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items).

  • Sale items or merchandise purchased with a final clearance designation.

  • Gift cards.

 

Exchanges (The Fastest Way)

 

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds - 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 24 hours of us receiving the item.

  • Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (this is outside of our 24-hour processing window).
